Wings of Positive Change

Our greatest amenity is our humanity, but being a great human being is not about a single act of kindness. Great human beings have daily habits that inspire relationships and make the world around them a better place. When we take those habits into our work life, we find reduced conflicts, and improvements in resident retention, relations, renewals, and online reputation. Toni will show how developing our humanity helps us to balance authority with compassion, demonstrate integrity, and act with kindness, showing that the key to effective property management lies within ourselves. You will love the lesson on how to listen without distractions, stay on the “people” train of thought, communicate our intentions, and offer constructive advice instead of destructive criticism. Finally, she will challenge your team’s Citizenship Goals for 2019 to make a difference in their community, city, and world.

In a world full of negativity, people are overwhelmed. This session is for everyone who wants to turn important micro-moments in life into positive action. Toni Blake will give you WINGS of positive change to add “LIFT” to your personal and business life!
